Nationwide drone services company seeks Sales Director to hire sales, manage and motivate sales reps around the country. P/T, commission based opportunity (3% of all incoming contracts) perfect for retiree or someone working parent hours.

Must be self-directed, highly motivated and able to motivate, dynamic, engaging, sales oriented. Guide individuals as a part of our expanding sales force as we develop clients in a variety of industries with both national and local markets. About Us: DroneAscent currently contracts fully qualified, licensed and insured drone pilots in 29 major markets (and growing) across the US. Our corporate structure is poised to meet projected growth that we envision through an aggressive sales force and qualified pilot pool.

Compensation: Commission based with potential bonus structure.

Sales Director Job Duties:

Establishes sales objectives for regions and territories
Helps Implement local or national sales initiatives
Develop training material as needed
Guides/coaches sales team
Maintains staff by recruiting, orienting, and training employees.
Plans, monitors, and appraises job results, reports to Marketing/Sales VP
Make recommendations to sales and executive staff on policies, materials as necessary.
